On February 23rd, 2012 Pure Puer Tea and Tru Gourmet Organic Dim Sum served puer tea and dim sum at a San Francisco Botanical Garden fundraising event at the Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park. The weather was perfect and everyone had a great time. We ate delicious dim sum and drank puer tea. The guests learned a lot about the history, health benefits and how to prepare puer tea. Our thanks to our friend Cathy, co-owner of Tru Gourmet for asking us to accompany her to the event.
