How to brew: Place 1 teabag in the cup. Add *205 degree F (96C) boiling water to the cup to clean and awaken the tea. Immediately pour out and discard the water. Add 205 degree F (96C) water again and brew 3-5 minutes. The above-mentioned first step of rinsing the tea is optional. Each bag should make least 2 6oz(177ml) cups of tea.
*This temperature may be approximated by:
1) Heating water until medium bubbles form or
2) Removing a pot of boiling water from its heat source and letting it sit for about 2 minutes.
