This unglazed yixing clay container is perfect for storing puer tea. It is made of natural clay which is found only in the Yixing region of China. The pot allows the tea to breathe and develop a great aroma and flavor. It is the optimal way to store loose tea, toucha, or tea brick and tea cake which has been loosened prior to drinking. This container is large enough to hold one 357g teacake which has been loosened. To wash the tea container, rinse in warm or hot water but do not use soap.
