Bao Zhong Green Tea Competition Tea

This limited production tea was specially selected to compete in Taiwan Bao Zhong competition. It is clean, smooth, incredibly fragrant. His farm is unusual because it is located on a pristine island in the middle of a drinking reservoir. In this area, pesticide use is forbidden. Brewing Instructions:

Place 1 tablespoon (5g) tea in the teapot. Add 200 degree F (95 C) water to the teapot and brew 45-90 seconds.

*This temperature may be approximated by: 1) Heating water until medium bubbles form or 2) Removing a pot of boiling water from its heat source and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
