She is a Russian beauty who played a role in the film Siberiade which received the special jury prize at the Cannes Film Festival. She also played the title role in the Film Mary Poppins, Goodbye and Wartime Romance. Wartime Romance, where Natasha played Lubya, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film. Natalya was also the wife of Oscar-winning actor, director, producer, screenwriter and concert pianist Maximilian Schell.
