Award-winning Winter Bao Zhong. This competition pesticide-free tea is grown on a beautiful island in the middle of a drinking water reservoir in Taiwan. Gentle, clean, elegantly sweet, with an amazing gardenia aroma. It returns a gentle sweetness to the throat. Taiwan is the only place in the world where authentic Bao Zhong can be found. It is hand picked and very limited in production.
Brewing Instructions:
Place 1 tablespoon (5g) tea in the teapot. Add *200 degree F (95 C) water to the teapot to awaken the tea. Immediately pour out and discard the water. Finally, add water and brew 45-60 seconds.
*This temperature may be approximated by:
1) Heating water until medium bubbles form or
2) Removing a pot of boiling water from its heat source and letting it sit for 5 minutes. |
