Mr Chen's organic black tea has a clean, sweet, smooth, fruity, peachy taste. This famous Taiwan black tea is known as "Hong Yu" which means "red jade." 10 bags come in a reclosable ziplock bag. Each pyramid-shaped teabag is made with Japanese material and contains 2.5g of tea.

How to brew: Place 1 teabag in the cup. Add *205 degree F (96C) boiling water to the cup and brew 1 minute. Each bag should make at least 2 6oz(177ml) cups of tea.

*This temperature may be approximated by:
1) Heating water until medium bubbles form or
2) Removing a pot of boiling water from its heat source and letting it sit for about 2 minutes.
