Ingredients: Rose hips, apple, fennel, hibiscus(17%), beetroot, blackberry leaf, rose petals(3%), natural flavor, juniper berry, black pepper, white pepper, bay leaf, lavender flowers, turmeric root, ginger. Certified organic.

Brewing instructions:  Add 10oz(300ml) of boiling water to cup or pot and brew 4-6 minutes.
