This set contains 3oz of black Puer tea. It can make about 90 8oz cups of tea. There are 454g (35 servings) of Chia. Add one scoop of Chia to 8oz of Puer tea and let it soak 8-10 minutes before drinking (longer for people with sensitive stomachs.) For weight loss, this can be done once or twice per day. Mila has a proprietary method of slicing the seed which they say maximizes omega-3 absorption and fiber volume.
